Using a resource to organize data to use during conferences all stakeholders can make more informed decisions about the student’s education. This includes understanding strengths and weaknesses, areas that may need improvement, and the appropriate level of support or enrichment. A link to a Google doc is provided. A copy will be made, and the work is completely editable to meet individual needs.

This resource is to be used by administration who attend IEP meetings. This could also be used by special education teachers, general education teachers, and/or related service providers to keep track of communication and outcomes of IEP meetings. It is recommended to start a binder or shared group folder so that all administration has access.
